DESCRIPTION OF METAPHOR:

Mind as Animate Being or Living Body

Under this metaphor, a person's mind is viewed as a whole animate being, such as an animal, or as a body (that can, for instance, be ``scarred'').


NOTE:

Be careful to notice the difference from Mind Parts as Persons or other Animate Beings.
