But it was (* NOT ONLY HER MIND THAT WAS SPINNING;*) the room was, too---candle flames and lamplight whirling like carnival lights. p.184: She wanted this to be a bad dream. But the sash around her wrists was too real, and his face wasn't a face from dreams.
