Said by staff member familiar with BIRMS, which is the university's
system for holding information on students.  The issue in question was
some information detail held on some specific students.



   "He explores the bottom of the regulations."

Said by same staff member concerning a specific student who was scraping
by with low results for which the university had special regulations.
